I believe that the only way to do this is one by one, unfortunately I don't
know of a way to automate this. You may want to check out the Outlook
Answers forum for help.

Outlook 2010 has a button which allows you to create a meeting from a
message. The button is labeled *Meeting* and falls in the *Respond* group on
the Office Ribbon. Let me know if this is what you are looking for.

I have a similar but different need:
quite often i respond to an email and then decide that it's better to schedule a call to discuss.
so i want to change an open email to a meeting invitation.

I haven't found a method to do so besides copy/pasting all text into a blank invite.

Any suggestions (eg macro?) are most welcome!

I haven't seen that happen and I think it is because it's unsupported. That
would be nice though.

Great tip. Is there any way to have the recipients of the email automatically included in the invitation list like Lotus Notes? That was also a big benefit.

Looking into this mac office 2011 outlook problem for another 10 minutes, I tried simply to copy the entourage script "Create Event from Message" to the directory "Outlook Script Menu Items", which does work except that you need to delete the line that creates a link btw "message and new note". The new calendar item shows up with a default date of 1.1.1900 - if anyone knows how to script it to make that today, do let me know. Enjoy!
(amazing that such a useful option was omitted)
