iHome, the popular iPhone and iPad accessory maker took the wraps off their new iW1 AirPlay wireless speakers for AirPlay enabled devices. The device receives lossless audio from iTunes and other AirPlay devices like the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. The wireless speaker sports a built-in rechargeable li-ion battery that is in use when the speaker is removed from the base for use on-the-go. You will also find a capacitive touch panel that allows you control volume and other settings. If you’re not a fan of wireless technology you can always plug in a dock and use the speaker with a wire.

There is still no price or ship date listed, but that should be coming soon.
