16 Programs to Decode, Encode, & Burn Your Favorite DVD's

After reading this great article over at lifehacker I was amazed at the number of programs available to rip/encocode/decode/burn DVD's. I have decided to piggy back off the comments from the lifehacker article and post a list of programs to rip/encode/decode/burn DVD's so that you don't have to hunt for them on the internet. I will try to bunch them accoring to their function (decoder/burner, etc). If you know of any other ripper/burner I did not list, feel free to comment and ill add it to the list.
