how do you show the blue bar to the right?

I was hoping you could show me how to enable the blue bar that appears to the right whenever you open my computer or my documents, i used to have it but it somehow disappeared.thx

If I understand correctly you are trying to make sure that your common tasks bar which normally sits on the  pane to the left of your windows is present. In order to enable/disable that follow the instructions below.

1. From My Computer or My Documents click on the Tools > Folder Options

2. Make Sure to check Common tasks in folders
