Very interesting video that was emailed to me by one of our readers (SapaCancionera). The Wall Street Journal video contends that 45% of the uninsured have the option for insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, Job), but chose not to exercise it. So, is making healthcare affordable the solution? Or is it telling people that they ought to sign-up for insurance the solution? What do you think?
