iPad Carbon Fiber Case Review

Are you looking for a way to protect your $500+ iPad purchase? The iPad Carbon Fiber Case from WirelessGound.com might be the solution for you. The slim back protector ensures that your iPad’s back panel is protected from scratches and potential damage from drops. The lips that cover the edge of the iPad act as bumpers to reduce the shock should the iPad fall to the ground. Unlike other cases that cover and protect the screen panel, this case provides you with an unobstructed view and access to the touch screen and Home button. The carbon fiber name might be a little misleading because the case is not made out of carbon fiber, it is only styled in that matter. However, it does give the iPad a really nice look.

Do you own an iPad? You might want to look into protecting your investment with invisibleSHIELD screen protectors. If you need any help or have questions please post them below.

The inside of the iPad case, not the prettiest view, but we wont see it at all while using the case.

The pretty view. The carbon fiber look really does stand out.

The case has cutouts for all of the iPad’s buttons and ports. In this case you can see how the Screen Lock and Volume Control buttons are exposed.

Note: In the picture above the iPad was partly seated.

The case will add 116 grams to the weight of your iPad’s 693 grams and millimeters to the iPad’s dimensions. When the case is attached to the iPad, the added weight and size (as you can see above) is hardly noticeable.

If you find that this is a case you would like to use to protect your iPad, you can order it from WirelesGround.com for $17.95.

Wow – that does look pretty snazzy. The only issue I have with it is that when I bought my iPad a few months ago I wanted a proper case for it and not just a sleeve. I found it absolutely impossible to find a nice one that looked different from all the others around and protected it properly. In the end after weeks of moaning my sister told me to visit http://www.oliepops.com. It was absolutely fantastic – I managed to find myself a gorgeous floral embroidered one for just £24.99. They sell fun coloured ones also if you’re not a flower person and provide free delivery. The website was so easy to use as well as I could pay by Paypal and I received it the next day. Currently also they have a 15% off anything offer if you use the promotional code “Issy”. I must admit that since finding out I have had another online shopping spree and bought myself a handbag organiser and camera case!
